Hep G2 [HEPG2] 是一种表现出上皮样形态的细胞系,是从一名患有肝癌的 15 岁白人男性青年的肝细胞癌中分离出来的。该细胞系由Wistar研究所获得,是合适的转染宿主。表达标志物包括胰岛素;胰岛素样生长因子 II (IGF II)。
