人食道微血管内皮细胞

       

       位于微脉管系统的内皮细胞在炎症发生过程中扮演了“门卫”的角色,它可以吸收循环至组织和炎症病灶的炎症因子。研究表明,人食道微血管内皮细胞对脂多糖、细胞素和pH暴露表现出很强的炎症免疫反应,因此该细胞对食道炎症起到了关键的调节作用。当暴露于酸性pH中时,该细胞表达特定的蛋白,如VCAM-1,但不表达其它蛋白,如ICAM-1。这种表达方式在胃食管反流疾病引发的细胞反应中起到了一定的作用。
    

         Sciencell研究实验室的人食道微血管内皮细胞是从人食道组织中分离得到的,一代冻存,冰冻运输。每管细胞密度超过5×10^5 ml。该细胞可通过VWF/Factor VIII 及 CD31 (PECAM)特异性抗体的的免疫荧光鉴定和DiI-Ac-LDL的提取鉴定。该细胞不含HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母菌和真菌。如采用ScienCell 实验室特制的培养基,可保证此细胞15倍增值。
