产品介绍

BT-474是一种人类乳腺癌细胞系,来源于一名60岁女性的导管癌。该细胞系雌激素和孕激素受体阳性,使其成为研究激素反应性乳腺癌的有价值的模型。BT-474细胞还以HER2/neu(人表皮生长因子受体2)的过表达为特征,HER2/neu是一种被扩增的蛋白质,在某些侵袭性乳腺癌的发病和进展中起着关键作用。
BT-474细胞系广泛用于肿瘤学研究,研究乳腺癌增殖的分子机制,测试靶向激素受体和HER2通路的治疗策略。这些细胞对于检查her2靶向治疗(如曲妥珠单抗(赫赛汀))的疗效以及探索对这些治疗的耐药机制特别有用。该细胞系还促进了对激素调控如何影响癌细胞生长和存活的理解,为激素依赖性肿瘤的潜在治疗方法提供了见解。

1、该细胞细胞主要是成片生长容易聚团,建议使用多聚-L-赖氨酸溶液(货号:CSP073)包被培养瓶或培养皿。
