产品介绍

BT-549细胞是一种人类乳腺癌细胞系,来源于一名56岁患有导管癌的白人女性的乳腺组织。它通常用于癌症研究,研究乳腺癌的生物学和治疗,特别是三阴性亚型,缺乏雌激素受体、孕激素受体和HER2表达。
BT-549细胞以其上皮形态为特征,以其高侵袭性而闻名,使其成为研究转移和肿瘤侵袭的重要模型。它表现出几个独特的特征,包括在细胞质中存在脂滴和粘蛋白-1蛋白的强烈表达。这细胞还表达各种与乳腺癌病理相关的癌基因和抑癌基因,如TP53和RB1。
BT-549细胞系雌激素受体阴性,孕激素受体阴性,且不扩增HER2,因此属于三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)亚型。由于这种分类,BT-549细胞对于研究TNBC中独特的进展和治疗反应机制特别有用,TNBC以其侵袭性和缺乏靶向治疗而闻名。
此外,BT-549细胞经常用于耐药研究和测试新的化疗药物和靶向治疗,为管理和治疗侵袭性乳腺癌的潜在治疗策略提供见解。

注意事项:
(1)BT-549细胞传代后24-48小时后细胞大部分可贴壁,,建议传代后细胞48小时换液。细胞呈上皮样多边形和少量圆细胞.
(2)复苏冻存细胞24小时后会有大量细胞漂浮,48小时后换液,此后每两天换液一次,7-10天后可达到传代密度,细胞需要高密度冻存。
