这株NCI-H1975 [H-1975,H1975]细胞是1988年从患有非小细胞肺癌的不吸烟女性的肺中分离的呈现上皮形态学的细胞系。

注意事项:
NCI-H1975细胞在培养过程中细胞形态呈不规则上皮样和圆细胞两种形态,密度越高圆形细胞会增加,细胞胞体上有很多黑色颗粒,并且分泌出黑色颗粒是正常现象。
