产品介绍

MHCC97-H是一种人肝癌细胞系,具有高度的转移潜能。它源自复旦大学中山医院肝癌研究所通过对人肝癌细胞株MHCC97进行多次肺转移筛选后建立的细胞系,取自39岁男性肝癌患者的肺转移瘤。MHCC97-H细胞系在肝癌发病机理的基础研究、临床研究以及抗肿瘤药物筛选中有着广泛的应用。该细胞系的建立为肝癌的研究提供了重要的实验材料,有助于深入理解肝癌的转移机制以及开发新的治疗策略。

复旦大学中山医院肝癌研究所在研究MHCC97时发现其是异质性很强的细胞群。部分细胞有很强的致瘤性和转移力,而部分则较弱。因此分离建立了高低转移性不同的肝癌细胞株MHCC97-H和MHCC97-L。据报道MHCC97-H存在较高的干细胞样的侧群细胞(sp)。肝癌SP细胞具有极高的致瘤性,并可能和肝癌转移潜能相关。后再用人肝癌细胞株MHCC97-H接种裸鼠,进行3次肺转移筛选,取肺转移瘤建成皮下接种后高度自发性肺转移的肝癌细胞系MHCC97-LM3。
