产品介绍

PLC/PRF/5是一种人肝癌细胞系,也被称为"亚力山大细胞",源自一位24岁非洲男性肝癌患者的原发性肝细胞癌组织。这些细胞能够分泌乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(HBsAg),并且保留了许多与原发性肝癌相关的基因表达特征。PLC/PRF/5细胞系广泛用于癌症、传染病及性传播疾病的研究。适用于细胞培养、转染、药物筛选等实验。该细胞系最初被支原体污染,并通过用BM-cycline治疗而治愈。
