产品介绍

TOV-112D是一种人上皮性卵巢癌细胞系,最初于1992年10月从一名42岁女性患者的早发性恶性卵巢腺癌组织中分离出来。患者是法裔加拿大人,有未知的卵巢癌家族史。TOV-112D细胞系可用于研究卵巢癌的病理机制和进行药物筛选。
也可用于构建耐药性卵巢癌细胞株,如顺铂(cisplatin, DDP)耐药上皮性卵巢癌细胞株TOV112D/DDP,用于研究耐药性与Her2基因表达及其相关信号通路激活的关系,其独特的遗传特性和生物学行为,为卵巢癌的研究提供了重要的实验材料。

备注:该细胞生长缓慢,培养周期在3-4周左右。
