产品介绍

这株细胞的母细胞系-L细胞系取自100天的C3H/An小鼠的正常皮下乳晕和脂肪组织。NCTC clone 929建立于1948年3月。L细胞系是最早建立的连续培养的细胞系之一,而NCTC clone 929是最早的克隆株。

注意事项:L-929细胞形态呈现梭形细胞和圆形共存,用热灭活的马血清培养状态更好。如果使用FBS培养细胞生长中圆形细胞数量会增加。
