产品介绍

NIH/3T3是从小鼠NIH/Swiss品系的胚胎中建立的成纤维细胞株。该细胞易于转染,对肉瘤病毒转化灶形成和白血病病毒增殖十分敏感。据报道,鼠痘病毒(ectromelia virus,ECTV)检测结果为阴性。

【注意事项:】
1. 不可使NIH/3T3细胞生长过密至完全汇合(细胞将失去接触抑制的特性)。细胞密度达到80%即可传代,每周至少传代2次。
2. 该细胞对于血清较为敏感,不使用胎牛血清(FBS)培养该细胞。

3.NIH/3T3细胞贴壁不牢,建议使用Corning CellBIND(3289)培养瓶,或者我司包被液(中乔新舟  货号:csp073)
