HK-2 细胞系是一种特征明确的人类近端小管上皮细胞系,来源于正常成人肾脏组织。通过用人乳头瘤病毒16 (HPV-16) E6/E7基因转导使细胞永生化。根据Southern和FISH分析,该细胞系似乎来自单个细胞。这些细胞表现出典型的上皮形态,并保留了近端小管细胞的许多生化和功能特性,使其成为研究肾脏生理学和病理生理学的宝贵模型。HK-2 细胞以其进行主动运输和表现出刷状缘酶活性的能力而闻名,这对其在肾脏重吸收过程中的作用至关重要。
特别注意: 请使用0.05%胰酶消化细胞。同时由于我司培养液为低血清配方,故无法终止胰酶消化,消化时完培不能当做终止液,需要用0.1%大豆胰蛋白酶抑制剂(号:CSP002)终止消化。 |
