COLO 320HSR是一种人结直肠腺癌细胞系,是人结直肠腺癌细胞 COLO 320DM的亚克隆,是从一名55岁白人女性结直肠腺癌患者的结肠中分离出来的圆形细胞系。这个细胞系的特征是具有明显的染色体内扩增(均匀染色区,homogeneously staining regions,HSR)和较低水平的染色体外扩增(双微体,double minutes,DM),因此得名。据报道,该细胞可在裸鼠体内成瘤,CEA和CSAp表达阴性,结肠抗原3阳性,角蛋白和波形蛋白弱阳性。COLO 320HSR细胞系是研究结直肠腺癌的重要工具,它提供了一个模型来研究癌症的生物学特性和测试新的治疗方法。
