产品介绍

HCT-15细胞来源于一名男性的结肠腺癌。该细胞系于20世纪70年代初被发现,广泛应用于癌症研究领域,特别是探索结直肠癌的生物学和治疗。DNA fingerprinting证据表明,这株细胞和DLD-1 (ATCC CCL-221) 来源于同一个人;但同工酶及细胞染色体组型分析仍存疑问。 细胞呈CSAp阴性(CSAp-)。 角蛋白免疫过氧化物酶染色阳性。
在形态学上,HCT-15细胞的特征是上皮样外观,倾向于单层和簇状生长,表现出明显的细胞异质性。这一特征反映了实体肿瘤中发现的不同细胞环境,使HCT-15成为研究肿瘤动力学和肿瘤微环境内细胞相互作用的有价值模型。
基因型上,HCT-15细胞表现为多染色体畸变的超二倍体核型,这是许多结直肠癌的典型特征。这些突变包括关键癌基因和肿瘤抑制基因的突变,如KRAS基因的突变和影响p53通路的缺失,这些突变与结直肠癌的发病和进展有关。这些遗传特征使HCT-15细胞成为研究与癌症进展、转移和治疗耐药性相关的遗传和分子机制的重要工具。
