SK-MES-1是一种人肺鳞癌细胞系,最初由G. Trempe和L. J. Old(1970年)从一位65岁患有鳞状细胞癌的白人男性转移性胸腔积液中分离得到,上皮形态。
这种细胞系在癌症研究领域中非常重要,尤其是在研究肺鳞状细胞癌的生物学特性和潜在治疗策略方面。应用案例有:药物筛选和疗效评估、转移和侵袭机制研究、肿瘤微环境和免疫反应研究、药物耐受性研究、基因和蛋白质表达研究、上皮间充质转化(EMT)研究、长链非编码RNA研究、免疫原性细胞死亡研究等。这些应用展示了SK-MES-1细胞系在肺鳞癌研究中的多样性和重要性。
