hs578t细胞系是一种来源于乳腺癌的人乳腺癌细胞系,它与正常成纤维细胞样细胞株Hs 578Bst起源于同一位患者。 Hs 578T细胞株最初是多角形的,但在传代过程中选择并克隆了星形的细胞形态。 电镜下观察到酪蛋白颗粒聚集,桥粒,紧密连接,脂质体和光滑内质网小泡。该细胞表现出上皮样形态,并以贴壁生长模式为特征。Hs 578T细胞系被广泛用于癌症研究,特别是研究乳腺癌的进展和转移机制。该细胞显示出TP53基因的突变,这是一种关键的肿瘤抑制基因,这种突变通常与某些癌症类型的侵袭性行为有关。
