人真皮微血管内皮细胞描述:
皮肤血管由多种细胞和非细胞物质组成。内皮细胞是构成皮肤血管主要细胞类型。内皮细胞不仅是血管内腔和血管外的分界,还是细胞和大分子物质扩散的选择性屏障。皮肤微血管内皮细胞与其它内皮细胞有着同之处,也有其自身特点。如能够活化参与多种生理过程,包括创伤愈合、止血、温度调节和炎症调整(白细胞运输)。内皮细胞的结构和功能在不同的时间和空间有着不同的变化。内皮细胞通过增殖、休眠、凋亡和老化这4个基本的细胞状态来建立皮肤微血管维持和重塑之间的动态平衡。
人真皮微血管内皮细胞(HDMEC)提取于人真皮组织,原代冻存。每管含有细胞数>5×105 cells/ml,此细胞通过vWF/Factor VIII 和CD31 (P-CAM)免疫荧光染色验证,经测试不含有HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌。细胞可以达到15倍增。
