产品介绍

该系于1975年由森普尔等人从一名患有结肠癌的70岁高加索男性的腹水中分离出来。在取出液体标本之前,患者已经用5-氟尿嘧啶治疗了4-6周。

注意事项:
COLO 205细胞低密度形态呈圆形,高密度时形态呈大部分悬浮细胞为圆形和少量贴壁细胞为圆形和小纺锤形。80%的细胞可以直接冲下来,余下的细胞可以选择消化收集。
