产品介绍

4T1是一种6-硫鸟嘌呤抗性细胞系,选自410.4肿瘤,未经诱变剂治疗。4T1细胞在BALB/C小鼠体内的肿瘤生长和转移扩散与人乳腺癌非常相似。这种肿瘤是人类乳腺癌第四阶段的动物模型。当注射到BALB/C小鼠体内时,4T1会自发产生高转移性肿瘤,在原发肿瘤原位生长的同时转移到肺、肝、淋巴结和大脑。4T1诱导的肿瘤既可以作为术后模型,也可以作为非手术模型,因为4T1诱导的肿瘤在两个具有相似动力学的模型中自发转移。

注意事项:该细胞培养中不要使其生长至完全融合,应该在达到90%融合度时传代。吸弃培养基,用0.25%胰蛋白酶(含0.53 mM EDTA)溶液冲洗。吸走溶液,再添加1到2毫升胰蛋白酶EDTA溶液。让培养瓶在室温(或37°C)下放置,直到大多数细胞从培养瓶底面脱落。加入新鲜培养基,吹打均匀并分配到新的培养瓶中。
